Can you hear what i hear?
Class resumed yesterday, and i got sick by the first class. I had to go back and forth from the classroom to the clinic, asking for medicine to help ease the abdominal pain.I spent the last hour of that 3 hour class in the clinic and by noon, i went home to rest though i still had a 5 hour class by 1. Watching House makes me exaggerate on whatever illnesses i might be having. Apparently, i had gastric flu yesterday, i thought i had appendicitis.
The next time i'll get taken to the hospital, i'll ask every doctor in the emergency room if they watch House. If they don't, they're losers.
If Wilson would be my doctor, i'll stay in the hospital forever.
Last night, my childish older sister was playing with the microphone and asking everyone in the house what their resolutions are for the coming year. My dad gave us, his kids, advices instead of saying his resolutions.My mom went into her sentimental dramatic mode and talked about her wishes for the new year. Then my sister approached me and my brother. My brother was all 'i don't want to make any because they don't come true'. When it was my turn, i pushed the mic away.Not only because she was pissing me off (she was singing with the mic for everyone in the neighborhood to hear, and my goodness was that embarassing.she's not much of a singer) but also because i totally didn't have any idea on what i'd say!
Every year i do that list in my previous blog. But i notice that year after year, they don't really change.Maybe because if we put it into simpler words, they all are about me wanting to be a better person.
So for a change i'd do a list that's more specific, like this:
1. Go on a date. 2008 was a no-date year for me.Seriously.My friends were telling me to move on and try other guys, stop thinking that all of them are jerks.
2. Paint. Ever since i could remember, i've loved anything that has to do with art.But when i started college i stopped drawing. I always get envious of fine arts students in my school when i see them painting stuff.My goal is to fill up my room with canvases by the end of the year.
3. Take my vitamins. I don't take my vitamins that's why i'm always sick.
4. Minimize yelling at my brother. I'm qick-tempered so most of the time when i'm angry, i take it all out on my brother.
5. EAT BREAKFAST! I'm always waking up late for school so i forget to eat breakfast 99% of the time.
6. Plant sunflowers in my mom's garden. I love sunflowers.
7. Learn to cook adobo. All i know is to fry and boil!HAHA!
8. Go to Megamall. It was the biggest mall in the country. People are actually SHOCKED when they find out that i haven't gone there even once.
9. Party on my 20th bday. I don't celebrate my birthdays. I didn't even have a party on my debut!
Now this is one amazing fact! apparently, I GOT MARRIED! for real!
lol, ok i'm kidding, sort of.Well, i've been catching up with an old friend, ok ok, an old flame back from high school (sheesh) ever since he got back from Hongkong.Yeah, we're still friends, amazing right? Our relationship was actually kind of a joke so yeah, we were young! Haha! Then in one of our conversations he suddenly remembered that we got married back in high school.I was like 'WTF ARE YOU SAYING?!'. Blame my memory gap, coz after a few minutes of trying to remember, i realized that he wasn't lying.
It was one of those foundation days in our high school. Everyone, including our homeroom teacher, knew about him having this huge crush on me.I think it was our homeroom teacher that dragged me to the wedding booth and got me and him married. We even signed some sort of marriage contract (i so wish they disposed that) . Looking back, i was wondering why in the world i didn't fought for my freedom, and did i say 'I DO' ?!
Then he laughed at me and said 'we haven't had our honeymoon yet'.
I was bored after eating dinner, it was 9 pm so i checked HBO and Star Movies as i regularly do. I had to choose between Random Hearts and Bridge to Terabithia, while i was in the mood for a romance(actually i didn't have any idea about Random Hearts but with the word 'hearts' in the title i assumed that it was a romance, which was not.hahahaha!it's more of a drama), i opted for the latter.I didn't have any high expectations for Terabithia.It being a story about fantasy and young kids.I thought that it was going to be something like Narnia.BUT WOW, WAS I WRONG! I CRIED!OMG, I CRIED!
When the movie ended, and after wiping bucket of tears from my eyes, i googled both movies and compared their performances in the box office.HAHA, was i lucky! Random Hearts was a failure and Terabithia was of course a hit.Kids need more kind of these movies.Really, i was touched.
On christmas day, i looked at the mirror and saw my boring hair.I've been wanting to cut it shorter but i made this pact with two of my friends about not cutting our hair until graduation day.I've mentioned before that i had my hair dyed to red(and this one girl at school kept on calling me Paramore girl) but that didn't quench my thirst for a hair change. So without even thinking, i got a pair of scissors, and chopped off my bangs.Again, i wasn't thinking at that moment so i didn't notice that i chopped off a lot more than i intended to.And now my bangs look like Amelie's.
I love Amelie to bits, but i don't like that super short bangs on me.I hope it grows back fast.So let this be a lesson to everyone, when holding a pair of scissors, don't forget to think.

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!!!!!!11!!!!!1
My family celebrated our first christmas in our new home, it was a lo different from the christmases that we had at our older house but change is good right?lol.there were LOTS of people, i felt like we were at the playboy mansion or something.only, we had cute little kiddies for house bunnies.
So upon waking up, i had the urge to open up my yahoo mail. Instead of finding a ton of christmas mails, i stumbled upon the news about the holy hair's death.
RIP HOLY HAIR.THE CULT WILL MISS YOUR HOLY SPARKLINESS.
Oh, i still haven't watched that movie.LOL.I'm too much of a movie critique that an 'OK' from my sister will be a total disaster for me.
So last week, our print journalism class went to Batangas for a team building.We're only really a few in number that's why outings will be something to look forward to since you won't have to worry about having to keep up with everyone else in their conversations. With a class as small as ours, everyone is family.
I also said that i have a surprise.I haven't been blogging about me wishing for it but i guess The Secret really does wonders.
i now have my own fisheye2!yey!!!!
I've been really fascinated with the kind of pictures it produces that's why when my sister all of the sudden felt generous and bought it for me, i was just really out of words.plus the fact that she bought it for me the night before i went to the beach for the team building.
the trip to the beach was really fun! i haven't been to a beach for years now so on the moment that i stepped my barefoot on the white sand, ahh, total bliss.i'd love to go back again, but hopefully it'll be a better sunny weather.
also, i've been really busy these days.just yesterday up until today i was in Tagaytay for a retreat.actually on the night before the retreat, i was too lazy to pack up because i feel that all i ever do this month is pack up and not sleep in the comfort of my own bed.

I'm so excited for our class's outing at the white sand beaches of Batangas.The last time i went to a beach was probably 5 years ago.LOL.I just hope that it won't be rainy there tomorrow.It's been raining in the city for days now.I've packed up a number of rolls of film for Batman(my Pentax ME Super) already and i can't wait to click away for the weekend!
